2. Answers to your COI questions 📄

What they're saying: We often receive questions about how and when you can access your client’s certificate of insurance (COI).

How: You can access COIs for your clients on the “Policies” tab of your Dashboard by clicking the “Policy Documents” link within the respective account. COIs can also be updated or endorsed post bind by filling out and submitting this form.

When: COIs are issued instantly at bind. As the agent, you have the option to send the documents to yourself only or selecting “Send policy docs directly to policyholder”. Please make sure you have input the correct email address for the policy holder!✅
