There’s no question that our next Top CSR Star of 2021 goes above and beyond. This is why her colleague, Matthew, nominated her for this year's awards!

Renee Dominguez was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and recently graduated as a first-generation undergraduate from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Services - Deaf Studies. She is now pursuing her Doctoral degree in Audiology.

Renee is trilingual (English, Spanish, & American Sign Language) and has been working full time with Rhino Insurance Advisors. She is very committed to the profession and sets her mind to complete daily tasks as well as long-term goals. She has been working with Rhino Insurance Advisors for only 2 and a half years and made a huge difference not only with overall customer retention, but also in delivering dedicated service to Rhino's clients.
