2. Business address same as location address - just click our new box feature

Great news! You can now select a different mailing address for a business from location address. We heard this was needed by you and we’re thrilled to deliver!

Find this on the Contact Details page of the Coterie dashboard.

3. Business location listed on BOP + GL policies

Previously, our GLs defaulted to the mailing address. We’ve made some updates for the business location to show on the Dec page and a quote. 🥳

Why it matters:  We heard you and your insureds like to see a business location listed and that this is often required by additional insureds. Please continue to let us know what changes will continue to make Coterie easier to use!

4. New look for our COIs reflect expanded coverages

Our certificates of insurance (COI) have a new look to include hired and non-owned auto, liquor liability, contractor tools. and our new damage to premises rented to you coverage.

Our next CSR Sar is Eva Pineda. Eva always goes above and beyond both for the insureds and the agency. She continually strives to learn more about the business and needs of the insureds. She is truly indispensable to the business.

Eva started working in insurance at just 17 years old. She began as a receptionist and little by little gained knowledge until she became a customer service rep. Afterward, she continued to provide customer service both on Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Nowadays, she's focused more on the commercial side of the industry. No matter the position, Eva is keenly focused on providing the best in customer service and building relationships with her clients.
